Cake Tastings Completed
All cake tastings with any potentials bakers must be completed. Baker decision is due ASAP. Most wedding bakers require booking up to a year in advance, so this will be one of the most important vendor decisions.
Lighting Decision Due
Decide on lighting design: string Edison bulbs vs pendant ball lights, or a combination of both. Begin thinking about placement and logistics of hanging.
Arrange Projector Display
Follow up on synthesizer mentioned during previous call. Decide whether projector can be borrowed from friend or family or if a rental is needed.
Finalize Budget Details
Finalize all budget details discussed with Lou during last call
Vendor Authorization
Call all existing vendors to authorize communications with Lou as appointed liaison. Provide Lou with vendor contact information and any necessary details.
Finalize Guest List
Finalize guest list (to the best of your ability) so that it can be reviewed with Lou at next meeting.
Finalize Wedding Party
Finalize all, if any, decisions regarding who will belong to the wedding party.
Finalize Budget
Ensure budget is finalized in preparation for all planning leading up to Wedding Day
